IVAS 2024 will take place at the UC Davis Conference Center in Davis, California. Davis is approximately 20 minutes from Sacramento International Airport (SMF) and approximately 90 minutes from San Francisco International Airport (SFO).
Lodging
Hyatt Place Hotel UC Davis
A block of rooms is available at the Hyatt Place Hotel UC Davis at the rate of $199 USD a night before taxes. This rate is available until May 26, 2024 or when the block fills, whichever comes first.
Please note that this hotel is on campus and conveniently located to the event venues.

Aggie Inn
A block of rooms is available at the Aggie Inn at the rate of $149 USD a night before taxes. This rate is available until June 8, 2024 or when the block fills, whichever comes first.
Please note that this hotel is off campus and approximately a 10-minute walk to the event venues.

Hyatt House Hotel
A block of rooms is available at the Hyatt House Hotel at the rate of $169 USD a night before taxes. This rate is available until June 12, 2024 or when the block fills, whichever comes first.
Please note that this hotel is off- campus and you will need transportation to get to the event venues.

Getting to Davis
From Sacramento International Airport

Yolobus Line #42 leaves the Sacramento International Airport every hour at 20 minutes after the hour between 5:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. and arrives at the Memorial Union on the UC Davis campus about 45 minutes later. No reservations are required. Although inexpensive ($1 per person), this bus will not deliver you to a specific address in Davis and may not have space for extra baggage.

Uber and Lyft will take you directly from the Sacramento International Airport to Davis.The cost is approximately $30 each way, and will take about 30 minutes depending on traffic.
Driving Directions by Car:
Go South on AIRPORT BLVD. towards the freeway entrance. Take the I-5 South Ramp towards SACRAMENTO/YUBA CITY, merge onto I-5 South. Follow the signals to I-80 Ramp towards SAN FRANCISCO/RENO. Merge onto I-80 West Ramp. Take I-80 West ramp towards San Francisco. Exit at UC Davis.
From San Francisco International Airport

Take Highway 101 North towards downtown San Francisco. Merge onto Interstate 80 East towards the Bay Bridge/Sacramento. Exit at UC Davis.
