Student Pricing
Students include undergraduate, graduate, PhD and postdocs. Students will be contacted to show proof of student status.
Optional Napa Excursion
The optional Napa excursion on Friday, July 12th is a $50 additional charge. Space is limited to the first 50 attendees, and registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. If you do not yet know if you can attend, we cannot guarantee that a spot will be available later.

The excursion will visit Stag's Leap Wine Cellars, Opus One Winery, and the Oakville Experimental Vineyard,
Cancellation & Substitution Policy
Cancellations are permitted per the schedule below. No refunds will be issued after June 15. Substitutions are permitted up to June 15, 2024. Please contact events@ucdavis.edu to request a refund or substitution.
