Registration

Registration for In Vino Analytica Scientia (IVAS) 2024 is now open.

Registration Information
Registration includes:

  • Access to all lectures, presentations, and poster sessions.

  • Opening wine reception

  • Coffee breaks

  • 4 lunches

  • Gala dinner


The optional Napa excursion is an additional ticketed event (see below for more information).

Key Deadlines

  • June 1, 2024: Early Registration Deadline

  • June 2, 2024: Late Registration Opens

  • June 28, 2024: Registration Closes

Rates

  • Early Registration (Until June 1): $675 USD 

  • Student Early Registration (Until June 1): $475 USD 

  • Late Registration (June 2-June 28): $775 USD 

  • Student Late Registration (June 2-June 28): $575 USD 

Student Pricing

Students include undergraduate, graduate, PhD and postdocs.  Students will be contacted to show proof of student status. 

Optional Napa Excursion

The optional Napa excursion on Friday, July 12th is a $50 additional charge. Space is limited to the first 50 attendees, and registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. If you do not yet know if you can attend, we cannot guarantee that a spot will be available later.

The excursion will visit Stag's Leap Wine Cellars, Opus One Winery, and the Oakville Experimental Vineyard, 

Cancellation & Substitution Policy

Cancellations are permitted per the schedule below. No refunds will be issued after June 15. Substitutions are permitted up to June 15, 2024.  Please contact events@ucdavis.edu to request a refund or substitution.
 

  • Before April 15, 2024: 100% 

  • April 16-May 15, 2024: 75% 

  • May 16-June 15, 2024: 50%
